The Call of Fall

Is there a greater time of year than fall? Sure, summer may be a favorite to many because we associate it with a time of freedom from school, days spent at the beach, and time to ourselves. Some may prefer the cold months of winter because of the holiday season and the festivities they hold. With Springtime comes gentleness and the end of school. However, can any other season truly compare with the beauty that comes as trees change color and the air becomes colder.

Fall is a time where we can appreciate nature as it changes around us. There is nothing like driving through the mountains and canyons and being surrounded by the colors and smells of fall. Fall brings a peace with it that calls to mind images of leaves and pumpkins and corn fields. Even the mention of fall brings an image of warm, rich colors and the sweet smells of apples and pumpkin spice and hot chocolate. Fall is the best time of year!
